The international conference on "Archaeology in Conflict" is powered by the World Archaeological Congress and the Association of National Committees of the Blue Shield.
The conference deals with the most important legal, moral, and ethical questions concerning the multiple ways in which archaeological/cultural heritage and war/armed conflict have interfaced.
Dealing with these cardinal and pressing issues requires an academic basis as broad as possible.
Therefore, we invite learned societies, academic research institutions and non-governmental organizations from all over the world to join our effort.
Being a co-operating partner means that you support the conference by disseminating the information among your members via homepage, emailing list, publications etc.
